After two weeks, I am starting to post about samples official communication again. Today We'll be having look at the Notification we issue here in Ministries when an Officer joins in from some other Ministry and Specially from Establishment Division who is the main Domain for such postings.
We all know we have posts of Section Officers in every Ministry or Some Ministries have Assistant Directors instead of Section Officers.
We make requisition to Establishment Division for posting of Section Officers in our Ministry/Department for smooth running of routine work of that particular Section of Ministry. After requisitioning, Establishment Division post Section Officer in the Department by issuing a specific order which is known as Notification. Notification is distribution among all the relevant government department/ministries/officers of both Ministries.
Now after we receive the Notification from Establishment Division, what we do next? we either wait for that particular person to join the Ministry or we issue a Notification regarding his posting in our Department. But mostly, it works like this that the concerned Officer brings the Notification of his posting to the relevant administrative Section.
He gives the joining in the following form which later notify by that Section (Image-1 and Image-2):-
