Photo Retouching Techniques in Photoshop 7

Hello everyone, here I am with a tutorials to quick retouching of a Photo and enhancement of its color and removing extra dark /white spots from the picture.
here i the picture I am going to use.

Pictures look good. The white and dark spots are natural on his skin. However, we are trying make a tutorials here. So the tool you are first going to use is levels or curves. Here you go, after using curves and Clone Stamp Tool, this is what I got.

I wanna make a passport size Picture out of it. so I am going to make it.
All you have to do
Cut the photo
make a new 2"W x 2.5"H Image
