Formatting Tips
Write a Paragraph in MS Word. You can write anything.
The Select the said Text by Pressing Ctrl + A.
Now click on Formatting > Font OR (Ctrl + D).
A Dialogue box will be opened.
As you can see highlighted in Blue, You can change the style of the Font, Give it Bold / Italic effect. (Ctrl + B = Bold) (Ctrl + I = Italic). You can also apply different effects to your text you can see in the picture above. Now, let's give it a shot. I like Bookman Oldstyle So i have chosen the said Font and apply size 12 to the text which is considered standard in my book. The style of my text will be changed. but to make it even look more better.
Place the cursor anywhere on the text and then either press Ctrl + J (to Justify the Text) and then Ctrl + 5 (to apply single spacing). It will justify and increase the spacing between the text. You can the following picture as before and after.
