Another Office Instrument is Office Order, usually comes into practice when you need to post a person from one Section to another. Just like every other communication, Posting/Transfer is also made after approval of the Concerned Authority with consent of the Officers for posting of their sub-ordinate staff.

Special Pay Allowance is granted to an PA/APS/PS/SPS for their posting against the Officer of Grande-20 and above. They amount can be varied depending upon scales of both the BS-20 and above Officer and APS/PA/SPS/PS posted with him.

Constitution of a Particular Committee
There can be various Committees within a Government Department /private departments for different purposes such as promotion, library, or any other task assigned. I will be giving patterns to various Committees but for now, I am giving you an example of Constitution of a Committee of Library.
