Minutes of the meeting of Promotional Board have now been signed by both Members and Chairman. After signing of Minutes, the officers are promoted to the next grade, However, to let every Office and concerned department know about the promotion, we need to issue some specific orders to notify the same.
We either issue Notification / Orders for promotion.

You can see the 'Copy to' Section contains the distribution of the Notification to all concerned Departments/officers/branches. This distribution can also vary according to nature of the notification.
