Blur tool is obviously used to blur the objects and backgrounds, it is very good to show blurry effect in your photos without using a lens. We are going to do a tutorials about it today. We will be needing two different photographs of two a person and a background each. I selected two pics, one is green background and one is of myself.
Now start tutorials by opening the Photoshop Application and opening two photographs. Now, select your desired pic and move it background image using Pen and Move Tool.
Here I have the two pics together.
Now Balance the Color, Remove extra edges etc
After doing the same, go to Blur Tool, adjust the brush according to your choice and start applying on the background of the Image.
keep on practicing applying different tools, all that you have learned to make a perfect image of your desired. I got the following, couldn't do exact perfection as I would have liked to, but still quite good enough for a tutorial. check the background blurry effect.
