After a long long time, I am finally coming back to MS Word Tutorials, Today we are going to see how to give formatting to a letter roughly typed in MS Word. It is quite easy and use in Office all the time.
Here is the example of a roughly typed Office Memorandum in a Word.
As you can see it is roughly typed without any formatting done on it. Now the Short Keys you are going to use while formatting this are as under:-
- Ctrl+E (For center alignment of text)
- Shift + F3 key (To capitalize the subject)
- Ctrol+J (to Justify the Text)
- Ctrl+5 (for 1.5 spacing)
- Ctrl+R (for right alignment of text)
- Ctr+B and Ctrl+U (For Bold and Underline, respectively)
Now Let's done one by one.
It has not been done, it looks presentable and in order. This is how a formatting to a document is done while working in Office. Here is the template before and after.
