Using Field Blur in Photoshop CS6-Daniyal's Photography

Photoshop among its so many wonderful and new features, introduced a very new Blue effect by the name of Field Blur, It is of great help, if you want to give effect of a using a high level prime lens. It can creates Bokeh Lights behind the picture. I have made a Photo using the same effect. You can check it as below:-

Open Photoshop CS6
choose two images you want to merge together.
I have chosen the following two pictures.

Now as we have already learned about taking a picture out from a canvas using Pen tool.
Select the Pend tool and cut the required picture. 
Place it in front of the other canvas.
I used a lighting Picture from a wedding I attended.
after doing it, Go to Filter, go to Blur and Choose Field Blur.
Adjust the settings.
You will get your required result.

After applying all the relevant effects, I got the following result.
